<p><b>New page</b></p><div>If you are using the integrated Dine Niagara delivery service you can review details on each of the deliveries that went out from your restaurant through our Delivery Report. <br />

To access the delivery report, log into the [https://dineniagara.ca/admin admin console] with your manager login and select Reports -> Delivery Report or visit https://dineniagara.ca/admin/thoughtco/reports/deliveryreport<br />

The delivery report criteria will default to the previous week's deliveries from Wednesday to Tuesday which coincides with our regular billing period for deliveries if you are using our delivery service for manual deliveries.<br />
<br />
You can set the start and end date to any date range you prefer and click the Download button to download a CSV (Excel File) report.<br />

On the delivery report you will find the following columns/data:<br />

* Delivery ID ''(Our delivery ID from the Dine Niagara system)''<br />
* Order # ''(The order number if this delivery was for an online order)''<br />
* Location ''(The location it was picked up from - only differs if you have multiple locations or brands)''<br />
* Customer Name<br />
* Delivery Date ''(The date of the delivery)''<br />
* Pickup Time ''(The time the order was actually picked up from the restaurant)''<br />
* Delivery Time ''(The time the order was delivered to the customer)''<br />
* Delivery Duration (mins) ''(The duration for the delivery - note this will vary by the delivery distance)''<br />
* Provider ''(The delivery provider that completed the delivery)''<br />
* ID Required ''(A flag as to whether ID was required/checked for orders with alcohol)''<br />
* Order Total ''(The total amount of the order)''<br />
* Status ''(The current delivery status)''<br />
* Delivery Fee (paid) ''(The delivery fee that was collected automatically by our system)''<br />
* Delivery Tax (paid) ''(The delivery fee taxes that were collected automatically by our system)''<br />
* Driver Tip (paid) ''(The driver tip that was collected automatically by our system)''<br />
* Delivery Total (paid) ''(The total of delivery fees and taxes automatically collected by our system)''<br />
* Delivery Fee (owing) ''(The delivery fee which was unable to be collected - for manual orders or customers who pay their Dine Niagara fees via orders)''<br />
* Delivery Tax (owing) ''(The taxes owing on the delivery fee which were unable to be collected - for manual orders or customers who pay their Dine Niagara fees via orders)''<br />
